In retrospect, while he was rightfully pissed at Disney, once Katzenburg left, Disney issued a full public apology to him, that's why he came back to voice the Genie in other roles and star in other Disney owned movies.

Well he DID abduct and kidnap steven when he actually believed the kid was one of the snake people. Steven only wanted to help him validate his blog...and that backfired with someone who is a nutcase like Renaldo.

I also speculate that Bloo's entire mannerisms after the pilot would be to teach Mac how to be a good person and think of others. For no one wants to be a selfish brat who only cares for themselves.

As a Hazbin fan, I appreciate that while pointing out these flaws, your posts don't come off as condescending and criticizes anyone for loving the show. Heck, I agree with a lot of these points and I still love the show. Just makes me wish they had more time to flesh it out.

I could be wrong, but since Jumba's VA (David Odgen Stiers) was gay, I think I recall he always liked the idea of Jumba and Pleakley being together. Since later in the other movies and show they're seen together as such. But I need more resources on that.

Not to ruin the joke, but I heard this was a mistranslation (nothing new for KH) as he was supposed to SENSE darkness. But the translator threw in those words that made it weird... always assumed darkness smelled like blackberries myself.

Too bad a lot of people don't get that and I get ya entirely. I've said the same thing myself since I grew up with Disney. I love Disney for the animation, history and cultural impact, but I HATE its corporate bullshit that it never got out of since the Eisner days.

And the irony with this too is that whenever I criticize KH2 I get the whole "HOW DARE YOU!" treatment. Frankly this is like with the people who accuse me of being this way when I prefer KH1 over KH2. Its like it came whole friggin circle when KH3 came out, and I love that game.

Still hilarious to learn that it wasn't just fans who hated the design, even the general audiences that Paramount wanted to listen to more to defend their stance, HATED the design as much as the fans did. Realism doesn't always work for everything but they still try.

Tries a little too hard to be crude in my opinion for the R rating. I get the appeal and what its satirizing, but honestly it just wasn't that funny to me. Not terrible, just not for me. Though the animators behind the movie REALLY deserve justice for how they were treated.

I think it was cause they say how she never really learned much from her mistakes unlike Dipper. Took the Lost Mysteries comic to address that issue. Still, too extreme to HATE her whereas dislike I can reasonably see as I have my own list of characters I dislike.
