Not that anyone cares about pavement parking @PSOSEdinburgh @Edinburgh_CC however I asked this “friendly” chap to move his van off the pavement, and he just didn’t. It was 8.15am, lots of kids walking to school, parents with buggies etc. So another workmen I won’t ever use.
