‼️Very pleased to share that my project in the @GrigoriadisLab is receiving further funding from the Sarah Burkeman Trust & @Sarcoma_UK to explore the potential of HO-1 inhibitor SnMP as an immunotherapy in osteosarcoma metastasis, one of the biggest challenges clinically for OS.

We show that LARP4 RNA-binding proteins are critical in the growth and spread of osteosarcoma and prostate cancer, and that these proteins (which are often confused with each other!) have very distinct roles in a cellular context.
