Priority attention to veterans in the budget is long overdue and I welcome the @AustralianLabor @AlboMP Government’s focus on supporting veterans and their families. Thank you @mattkeogh for being such a strong advocate!.

This March, I am trotting 96km to support @SoldierOnAust to help our brave veterans and their families. Why 96km? Because it’s the length of the Kokoda Track to honour the courage and sacrifice of our veterans, both past and present.

I’ve always felt bullet proof, and had a ‘she’ll be right mate’ approach to things like this!. But as I hit the half way mark, and feel great, I reckon it’s time to be sensible and take the Fed Gvts offer up with the 50+ free bowel screening test - if not for me, for my family!

There’s not to many more important partnerships than one that invests in our students future. Partnering with @AutismSpectAust - I had the privilege to kick off a $10.1m new school for transformational student outcomes in Gables w @LieslTesch on behalf of @pruecar @ChrisMinnsMP

An honour to deliver the key note address and congratulate the 200 graduating volunteer community languages teachers with @dizdarm & other @SydneyUni_Media special guests. Enthusiastic and motivated educators with the experience and passion to bridge gaps and change lives.
