Gorgeous Gamba may look the picture of innocence here, but can be a menace in Bart's chimp group! He's always held ambitions to climb the hierarchy, but he forgets he must be nice to the ladies to do so- so he has never got far! 📷 by Wendy

Regular update and images sent in by local CPRE member who does a little pick while walking along the River Stour in Christchurch. He did manage to complete the latest phase of litter collections in January before the Stour burst its banks. Thank you Mark👏 #LitterPicking

A rare shot of this golden-cheeked gibbon couple together! Peanut & Pung Yo were rescued from the illegal wildlife trade, & live together in a large oak forest at the far end of the park. Early visitors may hear their morning song, announcing their presence to others! 📷 by Keith

Our @BCPCouncil Food & Energy Support fund is helping The Power House in Poole provide not just a warm space but upcycling activities to give the people who meet there the chance to learn new skils, make friends and share some fun. It's providing help with dignity and we love it

Happy Valentine's Day this Saturday! 💗 Here's some ideas for changing the day from pink to green this year... 💚 Reduce: Buy a present with less packaging 💚 Reuse: Keep any wrapping paper or gift bags for using for a different occasion 💚 Recycle: e.g. glass bottles and cards.

Why not give a repair café a try? Simply bring your broken item along to a nearby event and sit with a friendly volunteer repairer while they fix it. You can even enjoy a cuppa and a slice of cake. Most repair cafés are free to attend, though donations are always appreciated.

Bornean orang-utan Hujan seems to be growing before our eyes- and now at 8 years old he suddenly seems like a grown up, particularly when next to the infants in the nursery!
