My last paper on UPF and mortality was recently published in @LancetRH_Europe 🔥. This is the biggest study to date to evaluate the association between UPF and mortality including 430,000 participants. ⬇️.
IARC & partners find consuming #UPF may increase risk of mortality from circulatory disease, cerebrovascular disease, ischemic heart disease, digestive diseases, & –not previously assessed– #Parkinson disease, independent of alcohol, #BMI, other covariates

Yeah … Our paper got accepted! We conducted years of research, spent countless hours to analyze, interpret, & write the manuscript. Editors & reviewers voluntarily spent their time ensuring its quality. Now, we need to pay $4,430 so that you can read it. Isn't that ridiculous?
