Despicable. As families grieve, Trump should be leading, not lying. We put safety first, drove down close calls, grew Air Traffic Control, and had zero commercial airline crash fatalities out of millions of flights on our watch. President Trump now oversees the military and the

Honored to welcome @SecVilsack to AZ for a discussion of environmental issues affecting the lives of all Arizonans. With partners like @MayorGallego and @CityofPhoenixAZ @USDA is working to ensure a resilient food system a more sustainable planet for future generations.
This morning, with community leaders in Tempe, we discussed @POTUS and @USDA’s historic investments in innovative solutions to help Arizona communities reduce wildfire risk and adapt in the face of drought and other unique challenges related to our changing climate.

Happy to welcome @USDAForeignAg Undersecretary Alexis Taylor to the great state of Arizona—where the 3 state leaders of @usdaRD, @usdafsa, and @NRCS_AZ are all women *and* where a majority of the farms and ranches are operated by women!! 🩷💪🏽🌵
@USDA Under Secretary Alexis Taylor celebrates the diverse @USDA leadership in Arizona! Diversity in agriculture is not just about inclusivity—it’s about driving innovation, sustainability, & resilience. Stay tuned as we champion diverse voices in farming! #DiversityInAg

Yéego Governor Stephen Roe Lewis and @GRIC_Official, making history!! Today, Gila River was the first community in the Western Hemisphere (and the second in the entire world!) to place solar panels over irrigation canals, producing renewable energy *while* conserving water!

The Arizona Supreme Court ruling allows an 1864 abortion ban to go into effect. There are no exceptions for rape and incest, and it threatens doctors and nurses with prison time. It does not have to be this way. Congress must restore the protections of Roe.

Arizonans will soon live under a more extreme abortion ban that fails to protect women when their health is at risk or in cases of rape or incest. It was first enacted in 1864. And it’s back because of Republican elected officials committed to ripping away women’s freedom.

Happy to see the @VP recognizing and appreciating the hard work of the Navajo members of Ironworkers Local 75! Thank you @VP and @POTUS!
Last week, I thanked Navajo members of Ironworkers Local 75 for their work on the construction of semiconductor chips facilities in Arizona. Through the CHIPS and Science Act, President Biden and I are creating jobs and boosting American innovation.

Navajo Women take the Supreme Court! 🤍 We had the amazing experience to attend a reception and dinner at U.S. Supreme Court to welcome and acknowledge new federal judges, including my cousin/sister Sunshine Sykes, who was appointed by @POTUS to the federal bench last year. 👩🏽⚖️

Today we honor the memory of Justice Sandra Day O’Connor. As a little girl growing up in Arizona, I was always proud that a woman from my state could do something so big. Thank you Justice O’Connor for inspiring me and so many others!! ❤️
