From conversations I’ve had (this may change) , one reason funds would be needed is in the eventuality that the judge finds against us, I would be liable not only my own costs, but *everyone else’s* as well. Naturally, this will easily be into the 10s of thousands
@GabrielCyShemi What would you need the funds for Gabriel? A KC? Or an entire legal team? I know someone I could talk to, she's very well respected in clinical negligence while not the same she will certainly have colleagues that can help.

Yes - have been advised by an assistant coroner to pursue a Judicial Review of the decision. However, fundraising will be needed.
@GabrielCyShemi Would there be any possibility of civil action? I would contribute and I know others who would too.
