Keegan has been US captain for 14 months. If he had a problem with any of the rules, he had ample time to raise those concerns before this week. This is embarrassing for the US team.

Then there should be questions to Keegan Bradley about if he agreed with the rule, and if not, why he didn’t raise concerns in the months leading up to the Ryder Cup.

The envelope rule has been in place for 46 years and has been used twice before. It’s fine for fans to be irate, but for golf media members to act incredulous is just telling on themselves. And if Keegan Bradley had an issue with it, he should have addressed it months ago.
