It’s no longer enough to teach content alone; students need to learn how to think critically, collaborate, and innovate. Learner agency is essential because it equips students with the skills they need to thrive in an ever-changing world.

True in athletics and true in education: As coaches it is our job to also grow as we ask our players to. We need to be open to new ideas and information and not be set in our ways, many times to our players’ detriment. Just insert leaders for coaches & teachers for players…
