In the most optimistic of estimates, there are about 700 Hepatologists and around the same number of hepatology APPs today. Hepatology is the smallest subspecialty in medicine and it’s not even close. But that’s only part of it. A major issue is stigma.

Excellent. That it should have even been *possible* for the United Nations to impose a tax on shipping (or anything else) is anathema to democracy, free trade, nation states - even reason itself. So: well done @POTUS .
This is another HUGE win for @POTUS. Thanks to his leadership, the United States prevented a massive UN tax hike on American consumers that would have funded progressive climate pet projects. Our country will continue to lead the way and put America FIRST.
