Surprising early findings from CREST2 - it seems both CEA and transfemoral stent offer benefits over medical alone early on, but CEA oddly had events at 3 years negating it. Stents enrolled later than CEA, so time will tell if medical management may win the "game" at 5 years!

Breakfast roundtables at @SEAnesHQ meetings used to start at 7 am. That was a special hurt for Pacific coast attendees when the conference was held on the east coast. Wellness guru @jwolpaw provided the leadership to start the roundtables at 8 am. And we get an hour lunch!
