Help save the Amnesty bookshop York 🤞Great shop and lovely volunteers. We don’t want York to lose a bookshop, a University City with students needing books and plenty of tourists. Lots of book lovers! Close to the attractions it’s worth a visit. #visityork #booklovers Micklegate

Loved your talk at York @waugh_JS I wish I were a student again. I’m reading The Life of Charlotte Brontë by Gaskell 1857 2nd Ed. in dire need of conserving. Would you know anyone who could do it for me? Lucky my sister has a French degree to translate the pages of French text!

Pulmonary Fibrosis affects not just the person with Pulmonary Fibrosis but also those around them, friends, family, colleagues and carers. There is a lot you can do, caring for a loved one with this awful disease. Hoping for a cure every day 💜 #pulmonaryfibrosis #cureipf

I’m worried about exposure to dust with bagless upright vacuums when emptying, after mum died from IPF. Our vacuum needs replacing. Uprights are kinder on my back. Which upright vacuums give least dust exposure? @asthmalunguk @ActionPFcharity bagged uprights needed #CleanTheAir

The Pulmonary Fibrosis Trust would like to hear from PF sufferers, on how long they waited for diagnosis and referrals. We would be grateful if you would complete the 3 questions by clicking the link below. https://t.co/4I8t24Y7JD

There is so much you need to know when caring for someone with Pulmonary Fibrosis 💜 #lunghealth #respiratory #pulmonaryfibrosis #cureipf #oxygentherapy #learning #Caring
All part and parcel of living with Pulmonary Fibrosis. Filling a portable oxygen flask, connecting and adjusting flow on the oxygen cylinder, monitoring sats and heart rate with pulse oximeter, keeping non rebreathe mask to hand. And ordering oxygen #pulmonaryfibrosis #cureipf

❗️Oxygen concentrators. Imagine listening to this noise all day and night. They generate heat and cannot be turned off! They must be operated manually by people who haven’t got enough oxygen to do so. Yet you can control heating from your phone!😮#MedicalInnovation #qualityoflife

@IPFawareness The noise of the concentrators, not being remote controlled, the fact he needs to have 2 downstairs & 2 upstairs because of the way they are numbered (1 to 5, & 2 to 10) the tubing dragging behind him & being a trip hazard, it all drives Clive mad. He needs it but hates it 😢

@TamesideGroup @ActionPFcharity how about an awareness course where people can experience living like this and appreciate the difficulties 1st hand. Lives can be improved by a few changes that don’t even appear to be on the agenda. In 4 years nothing has changed! @asthmalunguk not good enough
