Bible teacher, live in Michigan, conservative libertarian, will probably offend someone on all sides with some tweet. Idle gossiper

What does it mean to be baptized into Christ? “Dont you KNOW this truth???” Paul asks. Apparently he thought it was a pretty big deal Have questions or comments you’d like to text to me? You can follow this link to text in 📱 ➡️ https://t.co/zSHcn5qgyk https://t.co/1z3qIjljrQ

@DrFrankTurek Some Protestants are now calling dispensationalism “heresy.” Why the escalation—and how should Christians respond? This trend is driven by four things: • A revival of Reformed theology • Online outrage culture • Confusing error with heresy • Frustration with cultural decline

I know this is literally judging but I can’t help it. I see Christians that look like this and think, “that’ll be a Christian who is ‘deconstructing their faith’ within a few years”

He’s the common denominator. He is either the direct problem or he has so little discernment in taking pastorates, which is a problem in itself

I go through swings of being very engaged culturally and politically and then less so, focusing more on the Christian life and discipleship. I am on a downswing now. Who cares if we “win the culture” for the Right but fail to disciple anyone? Jesus will not be pleased

My 8 year old spits on the 9 year old. The 9 year old screams and kicks the 8 year old. The dog, in the chaos, barks and bites the kicker. The kicker starts wailing and crying. I walk away with 0 compassion

I didn't know cans were lined with plastic so when we bought alternatives for the studio we bought a ton of Liquid Death My bro dissolved the metal exposing the plastic bag. We buy glass, reusable glass, and plastic for guests but I felt tricked by @LiquidDeath

How does a band drop an album that has like 4 or 5 hit singles on it and then drop off completely? What other bands have experienced this phenomenon of dropping several hits on one album and then nothing but duds after?

Over the last few months I’ve been permanently muting words that are “culture war” words because I just can’t deal with that noise anymore. The downside side is now most of my X timeline is Christians bashing each other.

The people who insist "no friendly fire, no exceptions" were also disgusted (rightly) that almost nobody on the left condemned Jay Jones. Is drawing lines based on principle something only leftists have a moral obligation to do?

To the new Christian. You can be dispensationalist or not. It actually doesn’t affect much about your walk with God or your ability to love, serve and worship Him

The body of St. Teresa of Ávila, the first female Doctor of the Church, remains incorrupt nearly 500 years after her death. Recent examinations by the Diocese of Ávila in 2024 have reaffirmed this remarkable reality.

Even IF Rabbis HAD to be married (I don’t concede this point) that doesn’t mean Jesus was an actual Rabbi. He was called “rabbi” by people and that just means teacher. A “Teacher” in Michigan has to have a teaching credential. But I’m often called a “teacher” cause I teach Bible

@stuarthimmer If you look at the culture of the time and him being labeled a Rabbi.....it makes sense he would have been married and probably had children.

Did you know that Mormons themselves can’t get food from their local churches unless they are on the record as actually giving at least 10% of their income?
