Technically, POL terminated the Mediation Working Group, as they said they would mediate all outstanding cases. Second Sight was supporting MWG at this point, so the appointment was redundant and was terminated by POL.

Second Sight was appointed jointly by a small group of MPs and the JFSA. Post Office "supported" the appointment.
