National Forensics Science Week is coming to a close, but the crucial work of the GBI Crime Lab never stops! We are thankful for each GBI Crime Lab employee who provide the highest quality of scientific services to the criminal justice community of Georgia.

CSI ORLANDO: #ForensicScienceWeek is still underway, and our team is continues to celebrate all the ways they uncover clues that help our investigators solve cases. Here they gave @SonnysBBQ a tour of all the ways they process evidence - in exchange for some tasty barbecue.

During #ForensicScienceWeek, we commend our @HCSOTexas Crime Scene Unit (CSU)! In 2021 alone, they have worked 3️⃣7️⃣3️⃣ scenes. Our CSU has @ANAB_ACCREDIT in Bloodstain Pattern Analysis (BPA), Friction Ridge Section (FRS), Firearms/Tool Mark Components, & #CrimeScene Investigation.
