Wednesday Wisdom. Sue's Top Tip, don't throw your used vanilla beans away. Dry them, put them in a jar and top up with sugar. I like golden caster sugar which melts beautifully into coffee with a vanilla taste. Great Taste, No Waste! #Food #homecooking
