Deep water running demo! You wear a flotation belt around your waist and run in deep water. I go to classes but if there aren’t classes near you try @fluidrunning which sells programs and waterproof headphones. Low impact on joints but burns about 700 cal/hr Not sponsored!

Common treatments often used to soothe lower back pain, like ibuprofen, might actually cause the pain to last longer when overused, a new study found. According to medical experts, a clinical trial will be needed to verify the research.
