FEMA forces you into a special flood hazard area on outdated datum, then chooses the amount you’ll be required to pay 4 flood ins. Even though the structure has not flooded in 5 decades the outdated datum says you’re gonna flood so we will force you to pay 7k. 🙄x’s a million
Over 2000 Marco residents have dropped their flood insurance since RR2.0. But the amount of money FEMA is getting in premiums is much higher with less policies, by 500k to be exact. RR2.0 makes me sick.

Seriously @fema @DavidMaurstad why am I receiving a 2017 claims manual when the 2023 claims manual has been out since June 2023. This is embarrassing- Is this another way to confuse and screw policy holders? How am I paying you $3400 structure coverage to rcv incorrect info?

FEMA your new map gives me a headache. The island is flat why are the lines so curvy?!?!?!? I guarantee 341 and 970 will receive the same amount of water, but they have two different BFE’s. FEMA is annoying. #paradisefloodie Floods Know No Lines.

Travel Baseball is a big part of my life which means I spend a lot of $ on gear. Batting gloves are weird they are either $25 or $105. $25 quality sucks & $105 is just to much. I just found @warstic gloves and wow, the quality is beyond amazing and only $54. Happy batting.
