On Thanksgiving day 1976 The Band served dinner to 5,400 concert goers. The meal included 220 turkeys, 1000 pounds of potatoes, 400 gallons of cider, 400 pounds of pumpkin pie, & 300 pounds of Nova Scotia salmon (reportedly brought from New York by Dylan).
