maybe i dont understand how they do this stuff but modest mouse being toward the bottom of the list of bands on festival lineups now makes zero sense to me, like did their massive influence on the genre just not happen just because theyve been relatively quiet lately.
It’s so crazy that the Moon & Antarctica is almost 60 minutes long and is only *maybe* a single song too long. It’s a towering, career defining masterpiece and it’s not even their best album.
