Don’t use @parcelforce I experienced their incompetence & poor service: I changed delivery date, was expecting my📦 only for their depot to send it back to the sender😕😮They apologised via email, I complained about the service: I received a rude reply that they solved the case!.

…It has taken 2 weeks and 4 phone calls to get it cancelled; I tried to make a complaint on their website but that’s not possible as I cancelled the contract: I’ll now try a complaint with @Ofcom (Misrepresentation Act 1967).

Be careful people with @Virgin Media @VMO2News misselling techniques: their agent signed me up a contract by providing false/wrong information; the next day I got the correct info, tried to cancel the package but they make it very difficult & their customer service is appalling….

* I should clarify: piece of balconies in other Courts crashed down in November, not entire balconies. Still, the buildings are what, 5 years old?.

They’re not rushing to fix it: myself & neighbour upstairs reported our balcony problem on 9th April, but @LQHomesMatter will send a carpenter to view it on 29th April….

Construction quality of @LQHomesMatter @lbbdcouncil new homes is poor, as reported previously by @MattLismore @BBCNewsnight @guardian .This is the balcony above mine👇. Balconies in other buildings of the estate crashed to the ground in Nov, scaffolding still on 6 months later.
