Maybe if the cop had gotten off Facebook during the incident and had two hands on his weapon he wouldn't have fired three bullets to a mom's head.
It appears that the ICE agent who killed Renee Good was recording with a cell phone in the split second before drawing his weapon. How can he possibly have had the attention to determine she was a threat while using a smartphone? ICE must release the recording.
