Kentucky Derby contender AMERICAN PROMISE reached for the stars yesterday. Wayne Lukas' assistant Bas Nicholl said something like, "He went up pretty high that time."😆 Despite the colt's goofiness upon yesterday's arrival, Bas says AMERICAN PROMISE is a nice horse to work with.
