I once did a paid test design and didn't get the job I've also done a free test design that eventually turned into one of my best paid gigs Truth is if you just decide to never do test designs, you might be hurting yourself Am I saying you should always do free tests? No But
I used to run away from clients who asked for free test designs before a contract. I saw them as red flags. But with time I have realized I was making a mistake. Please do the test, but always send it watermarked. I have secured some good clients from doing free test designs

Make it worth it, please 😌
You cannot ask a designer to design and have many meetings during the week. We need time to deep think, process and explore. Especially with product design. A simple 30 minute meeting is actually an extra 1-2 hours of wasted potential design time. Why? Because we’re so lost
