What's interesting about this is that, as I wrote in my takeaway notes today, Olu Oluwatimi had a great 1v1 pass pro session today and seems to have center on lockdown. But Sundell got more RG run today than Haynes with first team. Could he have a shot at pivot spot again?

New: The #Seahawks didn’t run the ball well in the first padded practice. The OL had some good moments in pass-rush drills with the DL, tho. One of the standouts was Olu Oluwatimi, who’s fighting to keep the starting center job he had in 2024.
