Feel terrible for the other players on the roster and the broader Org. Even though the intent was likely to just boost PC performance it’s still an unfair advantage. Spartan is a longstanding Pro in the scene so this is immensely disappointing for the community.
We are aware of the competitive ruling issued by HCS regarding our participation at the London Major. We are gathering information to fully understand the situation and will issue further communication shortly.

Instead, teams can prioritize events that fit their calendar and work to qualify for those events without needing to participate in Blast Showdown or an ESL tourney they aren't ready for. Imagine teams at their best year round instead of the same ten teams at every event.

Without even touching on how bad the VCT calendar is (some teams can play a maximum of 13 BO3s this year, spread out over 6 months... Ridiculous) It's exciting to see TOs come back to an open circuit. This means some tournaments won't feature every team, which is fine (1/?)
People think this is good are delusional. I got fed up watching CS because it was too many tournaments, too many matches, with the same teams over and over again. The games started to blurry together to me. I can only imagine HOW EXHaUSTED the players and staff are. This is
