I wonder how players’ potential dual citizenship could be decided in this instance. For example, FIFA state a player must have been resident for five continuous years to be eligible through residency alone (parents/grandparents also). Could someone like CleanX represent Canada?.

I think it would make sense for partnered teams to be involved personally. For example, Miami Heretics pride themselves on their Spanish branding. Toronto Ultra on being Canadian.
@JakeHaleee I feel Call of Duty will be in this but working out a deal to see how it will played out. - franchise/partner teams might first dips but who knows?. The summit is happening in Saudi Arabia - so probs working out deals and seeing what the water is like. Same with other titles.

If Call of Duty is involved in this, it could be super interesting since it’s in November around launch time. Could it be the final send off for Black Ops 7, or the first competitive tournament played on Modern Warfare 4 as a large scale launch-time marketing campaign?.

The ENC will take place every two years and, while debuting in Riyadh, will move to host nations around the world. They are co-developing with their game partners which currently consists of EA, Krafton, Tencent and Ubisoft.

Has to be pointed out how impressive it is that Liquid and Vitality kept things so close despite being in half as many tournaments. Falcons also won only one tournament (Overwatch), and teams need to win at least one to take the #1 spot or they're not eligible. Liquid won 3!

Spacestation have wanted in on the Call of Duty League for a long time and held meetings frequently with teams and the league over the years. It would be great to have another franchise in that is wholly dedicated to the cause. SSG is a great org, would be cool to see.

The funniest thing about all this fake posing for internet points is that BO7 numbers will far exceed that of BF6 and those who buy both will almost all revert back to primarily playing COD after a few weeks. A good Battlefield will be fantastic, but we all know the end result.
