It’s so easy to languish under feelings of imposter syndrome. This article offers an explanation for why and importantly flips the narrative. I wish I’d had this level of perception years ago and had not endured the workplace bullying/belittling I experienced. Revised my outlook!

Nikki Giovanni, the award-winning US poet emerged as one of the leading voices of the 1960s Black Arts movement, which included figures such as Maya Angelou, James Baldwin, Thelonious Monk and Audre Lorde. Sad to hear that she has passed away aged 81.
