Whit Merrifield talking through how you CANNOT try and take your "A swing" on every swing. You CANNOT try and swing as hard as you can every swing. This doesn't help in game hitting. Max out power swings leads to inconsistent results in the game period.

Coach I agree with you. System is now broken. Haves vs. Have nots. Find your fit on and off the field. Its a 4 year commitment for 99% of these baseball players. Make the commitment and be realistic with yourself. Stop thinking everyone gets a place because they are in the portal
