It's not showing on FR24 now (or others I've tried) @TakeThatClouds but this looks like a drone on a tracker. The first time I've spotted one.🙂

My Seestar S30 as suggested by @ianfmusgrave , & a few others, as a semi idiot proof astronomical scope for a numpty has arrived. Unfortunately the cloud base over my head is currently about 1,400ft & showing no sign of improvement, so I'll have to wait for a first proper play.🙂

OK I am going to watch the Climate Trails film. Wish me luck. So far I'm 76 seconds in, there's lots of stock footage of the sky and a god-awful song about planes. Only another 85 minutes to go. (Don't worry, I didn't pay for it)

A little Pi Zero W complete with SDR dongle & 1/4 wave (for 1090MHz) antenna, set up & ready to connect to the van WiFi network. I'll need to set the correct lat/long & AMSL for each location but that's no issue with my GPS. There's nowhere to hide you Skybastards.😉

Not the clearest landscape view to go with my morning coffee, I doubt the geolocation aficionados can do much with this*. *Watch someone prove me totally wrong now, taken at 08:22 UTC. 😂

Calling all #chemtrail scientists, what's going on here?😉 There are white fluffy things with clear sky below & above them, & gaps in between. If they were contrails you'd be telling me they were from chemtrails as contrails can't behave like this. Please explain the difference

Assuming things go well with my first attempts at motorhoming I hope to end up in several places with very low light pollution reasonably soon. Can any of the many knowledgeable & experienced people out there offer some advice on a ‘scope as per the below?

I had a MiFi unit installed in my "new" van. An external antenna will make the best of any available signal & it saves having to mess about with hotspots & tethering from my phone. I set it up properly earlier & changed the SSID to something more friendly.🙂
