I’m with @EricCanete on this. Yes, it takes time to do anything well. but the best of us know how to be efficient with that time. Watching veterans like Will Conrad and Joe Bennett over the years has been nothing short of inspiring. They don’t just produce incredible pages,.
On top of making creator owned comics and doing commissions, I was also doing designs for video games. Here are some rough sketches of them. "Quality takes time." is not innacurate. "HOW are you using your time?" is profoundly more relevant. Don't waste time. Go make stuff.
