Air purifier can largely reduce the aerosol infection, but can not reduce the droplet infection. So please keep 6 feet away from other people when you are dinning with AirFanta 4Lite. Or at the back side of other people.
Very nice! But I still have to remind everyone about the risk from droplet infection, which can't be prevented by air purifier. Better choose a place far from other people.

For the VOCs, there are two options.
A: 16mm thick HEPA+9mm thick carbon integrated filter as the picture. It can filtrate particles and VOC at same time, but less lifespan.

I would like more companies to develop the laminar air purifier, so that one more piece of "Swiss cheese" named "laminar clean breathe bubble" is optional for people.

I am manufacturing HEPA+Carbon filters. But the efficiency that carbon adsorbing VOCs is far less then HEPA filtrating particulate. CADR for VOCs is about 1/4 of CADR for particulate on the same machine. You may need more than one machine for the VOCs.
PSA that HEPA filters are great for wildfire smoke particulates but they don’t touch the formaldehyde, benzene, and other VOCs that also come along with wildfire smoke, especially aged wildfire smoke. Please get a carbon filter as well especially if you’re chemically sensitive!

Reading of particulate matter density is also important besides CO2. If you start an air purifier, it can tell you how much percentage of aerosol is filtrated.
For instance, if the reading drops from 20μg/m3 to 2μg/m3 after you start the air purifier, it means at least 90%

The pleating is very important. Narrow pleats mean more filter area in per filter, less friction and more lifetime. The filter I am using is 11 time pleated.

There are two types of NOMA MERV-11: Wide pleats and narrow pleats. I suspect they will have similar filtration, but different pressure restriction. The red one comes in a 2-pack. The blue one is single. It would be interesting to compare the flattened filter area.

The two adaptors I found on Taobao more or less fit the 28*28 fan sets and the pipe. Some cotton gaskets are used to seal the gaps. It works very well. The only problem is the influence to the room temperature. Luckily the city I live in is 10-30°C in most time of the year.

I designed the 4Lite and G2 in the way that 4Lite can charge G2 and the cell phone. So if you bring 4Lite, G2 and cell phone with you, no power bank is needed. 😃

The G2 is a great monitor. Battery life is somewhat shorter compared to Aranet, but if you leave it plugged in you get great continuous monitoring in conjunction with the Tuya smart app.

Check out the video that I was testing the QT3. The unit of the result is numbers of particles per Liter. The upper side seems well and the lower side leaks.

Filter can filtrate particles of all size. In fact it performs better for particles size larger or smaller than 0.3micro. 0.3micro is the MPPS (Most Penetrating Particle Size). CADR/noise/price are the key parameters you need to look at when purchasing air purifier.
Does any air purifier come close to IQ Air? Filters particles down to 0.003 microns! Expensive, but any other brand even come close?
