Canada's small business confidence plunges to record low

Great meeting with @cfibBC this morning to discuss the issues that matter to small businesses - the backbone of our economy. Need to help our businesses deal with crime, with labour mobility, with the cost of doing business, with taxes, with a crisis in investment confidence.
