A good chance to work on some technical issues at the moment. I did some really remedial run up work today to correct the alignment of my hips and feet heading in to my delivery stride. Hopefully this helps with better efficiency and speed through the crease, as well as accuracy.
A really interesting analysis of the great position and opportunity women’s sport is in in Australia. It has a great propensity to be a commercial driver for governing organisations with strong reciprocal partnerships and common purpose
