I got on here to voice my frustrations w/ @AHS_Warranty but apparently I'm not alone! We are on day 6 with no heat, no one assigned to fix it & no part ordered. We are less than 48 hours from a winter storm warning w/temps dipping into the negative, 70+ mph winds and crickets...
