When I picked it up to bring it in the contents nearly fell out of the bottom because it's soaked through. This is unacceptable on many levels.

Also, the package was sitting in the bed of a pickup that was obviously wet because here is the package IMMEDIATELY after it was delivered. It was sitting by our door with the wet side hidden for the driver picture.

Hey @amazon, your flex driver just backed right into one of our fence posts after making a delivery and then drove right off. I watched the whole thing happen and didn't get a chance to say something before they left. Pretty frustrated that now I have to spend ⏲️ and 💰 fixing it
