There are thousands of opportunities like this one in U.S. cities. Trading unused car space for new pedestrian space is a major upgrade.

Message:
Baltimore City residential assessments will go up 21%, just like 2-bedroom rents went up 24% this year. The only reason: a shortage of housing supply. There is no way to get ourselves out of a housing supply problem except to build. https://t.co/IgbcKIQ0Xq

Join the meeting if you want to back up city staff’s decision and show your support as a counter presence to companies who simply don’t want to be regulated or help accountable.
