When you work as an effective team it doesn't feel like your individual contributions matter even though they do. In tug-of-war the rope seems to move of its own accord but tell everyone it's bullshit work and your team will never win
Here is my theory why this is video is viral: it represents the role we play in the western world as a de-proletarianized society; we are simply here to keep financial markets solvent. 80% of western economy is basically this. The appearance of "work". We make nothing.

One of Triumph’s most productive engineers has TikTok and Cookie Clicker open while coding. I used to think he was always distracted but every time I approached him, he was waiting on AI, tests, etc. And in the end he gets stuff done. Chad IDE is perfect for him.

Every financially successful indie app is a bit scammy and it sucks
the only consumer app formula that hasn’t failed me: - engineer an emotional onboarding (cinematic or time-sink Q&A) - semi-hard paywall - if user doesn't pay at onboarding --> offer them 100% free premium (don't tell them how long) - lock them out after 3-7 days + deny
