I took the job in Dallas in June of 2020.
- 2020 IG Engagement: 779k
- 2024 IG Engagement(Jan-Mar 6th): 779k+, 2nd highest engagement rate in MLS
You can feel the momentum every day here, and this club has never had this much juice before.
After the Indiana Women’s Basketball game, Jerome Hunter and Al Durham came to Assembly Hall just to get some extra shots. They still haven’t left, and man, Jerome’s shot looks so pure.

I just witnessed Romeo Langford cross the street and every single car in the road stopped for him. This is incredible.
The light was also red, but that’s beside the point.
Archie Miller and the rest of the Indiana Basketball coaching staff is currently eating lunch at Buffalouies with 2021 recruit Trey Kaufman. According to 247, Kaufman is 63rd in the country out of Sellersburg, IN.

I'm not very good at saying goodbye, but I at least gave it a shot.
Thank you to everyone that made my 4 years at
@IUBloomington
the experience that it was.
You can watch my full goodbye video here:
Something I always find interesting in recruiting is the places that coaches choose to eat during an official visit. 4 ⭐️ guard Anthony Harris is casually eating at Nick’s with the whole coaching staff right now.

Luchi approached everything with Love. He embraced everyone that stepped foot in our building. He embraced and trusted in my strategy. Made a kid at his first job feel comfortable to take risks and gave me the access to amplify the personality of our team.
Today is a hard day.
🚨 Career Update 🚨:
Excited to announce that I have accepted a year long role working in social ❌edia for THE Ohio State University.
It has been an incredible journey so far and I’❌ thankful for the people that have helped ❌e get to this point. Now, off to BROHIO.
#GoBucks
Took my first job 2 weeks before getting kicked out of Orlando.
It’s hard describe this season. A lot of learning on the fly. A lot of anxious posts. A lot of feeling like a fraud.
A lot of wonderful people embracing me and this team. A lot of growth as a person. I’m thankful.
NEWS: Five-Star Liam McNeeley has decommitted from Indiana.
The 6-7 SF has requested to be released from his National Letter of Intent and will reopen his recruitment.
Story:
Excited to have accepted a position with FC Dallas as the club’s Social Media Coordinator.
Thankful for everyone at Ohio State that really just let me be me. Everyone that let me be weird, make memes and grow.
I’ve got big shoes to fill in Dallas and I can’t wait.
Over the past few months, I have had opportunities that I never could have dreamed of.
As we start this new decade, I thought the best way to get things started would be by tossing out a little update to the demo reel...
Imagine being Gregg Berhalter and having the
@FCDallas
Twitter account yell at you for two weeks to play Pepi, you don't play Pepi, then you finally play Pepi because they yelled at you on Twitter and Pepi is the reason you win.
2 months since we started the Ohio State football Tik Tok.
60 days in, and we're the 2nd most followed college football account with over 442,000 likes.

One month later, and we’ve moved up a spot to 2️⃣nd in growth.
-Listen to your fanbase
-Highlight the personality of your players
-Be relatable because sports are fun
-Never miss your “Moments”
Still got a ways to go
FB: “I’m really glad the team did something like this. It seems like a great exercise in team building.”
IG: “👏👏👏”
TW: “lol this is so stupid”
It’s always interesting to see the differences in your audience on each platform.
Building relationships with players is vital. With that in mind, rarely does it cross beyond the line of coworkers.
This week was special because I wasn’t excited for the content. I was just so proud of a friend. Not only for his achievements, but the person he’s becoming.
NEWS: Stanford transfer Kanaan Carlyle, a top-10 player in the portal, has committed to Indiana,
@On3sports
has learned.
The 6-3 freshman guard averaged 11.5 PPG this season. Former top-50 recruit.
8/25/21: Pepi is tweaking on the plane home from All-Star about reaching 15k followers. I told him he’d have 20k by the end of the week.
Less than 2 months later he’s at 50k and only rising.
It’s odd/exciting seeing how social has made a person’s rise so quantifiable.
Posting this clip just to acknowledge that I was in fact not fired.
Actually, looks like
@GarrettMelcer
and I are hosting FC Dallas Live again next Wednesday. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
does anyone want be my boss?
FC Dallas is hiring a Manager of Content Strategy.
the job description says “responsible for nurturing talent” which wrongly assumes I have talent.
I often try to be funny over here on Twitter, and there are very few times I’m serious on here.
I’m serious when I say that Devonté is truly more complex than you think and if I could tell you to only read one of my stories, this is it right here.

At two-years-old, his mother left.
In fifth grade, his father was arrested.
Devonte Green is much more than just "Danny's Brother."
@ChefBoyArGreen
is much more than just a cheat code.

David Ochoa’s sign off from IG Live: “MLS needs to call Pepi and tell him that they need the award back” man is lucky Pepi didn’t choose the same national team as him 😂
Some might deem it to be risky social behavior to put all this energy into hyping up one player.
It’s not. Pepi has never not delivered. I’ll never doubt him.
• Hat trick in 1st pro game with
@northtexasSC
• Scored in 93rd minute of his first MLS Playoff game
• Hit the GW PK in MLS All-Star game
• GW goal in USMNT WCQ debut
Last night, a lot of people learned what we already knew. Ricardo Pepi steps up to the occasion.
Did you know there are 18 teams in the Big Ten now? That's a lot of power to rank. Fortunately, I found the inner strength to get it done.
