AB 2537 just passed out of the #CA legislature thanks to the leadership of @AsmDawnAddis. If @CAGovernor signs the bill, CA could be the first state to fund dedicated community capacity for #OffshoreWind projects and increase local and Tribal engagement for equitable development!
