@OriginalFunko I buy @OriginalFunko's for friends all the time. Always supported them. As press, I've interviewed the founder & a former VP of the company. Lovely people. But this minor mistake I made jumping the gun on a pre-order & the absolute refund refusal isnt great.

@OriginalFunko And I just thought, what if @OriginalFunko WONT allow an address change? Then whomever is living here once I'm gone just gets 2 free Funkos & I get nothing? I'm hoping they'd understand that & allow address change. But again, rather have refund. Really upsetting.

@OriginalFunko Even if @OriginalFunko can change address of where it would be sent once shipped 4 MONTHS from now, I'd rather just get a refund. But again, they coldly wont seem to budge on that. I made a mistake. And they just dont care. Plus, it's only 2 ITEMS. Hardly a giant order.

@OriginalFunko Super frustrating. I realize @OriginalFunko is a giant company & we little people clearly mean nothing. But some common decency & showing a little concern goes a long way. The rep didn't even offer any helpful suggestions like "We can change the address where there'll be sent"...

@OriginalFunko I didn't see that explanation on checkout. I can't believe @OriginalFunko can NEVER make an exception. I WONT KNOW WHERE I'LL BE IN JANUARY. Seems easy to cancel since shipping isn't til January but they wont budge. The coldest most uncaring replies I've gotten from a company...
