F.A.M.I.L.Y. The 2025 Cavaliers will forever hold a special place in my heart. When our backs were against the wall for most of the season—they fought, scratched and clawed every chance they had. Thank you seniors for a wild ride the last 4 seasons. #BleedPurple
WORTH A LISTEN I don't always eavesdrop on a postgame speech by a head coach and sometimes I can't post them because of the language but I really like the message of ES South coach Matt Walters. Cavs went from D11 champs to 2-9, but there was more to the season than W-L totals.

Explosive. That’s the first word @EvanRoche8 used to describe East Stroudsburg University’s offense heading into the season. The @ESSCavalierFB alum had 227 receiving yards and 4 TDs in 2024, the most among returning players. Should see those numbers go up for him this year.
