I agree; the culture of splitting g along professional lines fostered the murders continuing; that is why I find mention of “the medical model” insulting; we are clinicians and care for our patients regardless of our b/g, shdn’t have to justify
Oh pur-lease. Prompt action would have been to rapidly respond with decisive action when first alerted by the clinicians. This is exactly how bad managers escape sanction: blame the clinicians.
