Today is the Soviet Object 570 ASU-76 Tested in 1949 the Object 570 was armed with a 76mm LB-76S which used the OP2-66 sight and carried 30 rnds. It had a GAZ-51E engine giving it 70hp with a combat weight of 5.8t and speed of 45kph. Only two prototypes were made.

Back in the 90s captured US M134s were tested for anti-aircraft duty but was shelved. Though 7.62 NATO lack the punch against fighter jets, modern drone threats like UAV, USV means that it could be a very potent close-in protection weapon, like we have seen in Ukraine.
