Some notable ideas from Charlie Munger* 🧵 1. Avoid dealing with people of questionable character. 2. Remember that just because other people agree or disagree with you doesn’t make you right or wrong—the only thing that matters is the correctness of your analysis and judgment.

Big thanks to the @moonshotbytc/@TechCabal team for creating this powerful platform for important conversations like this.

Man like Daniel! Baddest growth marketer in town. Well done bro. Well done!
I had to get Twitter blue because I couldn't fit my thoughts into 280 characters. It's my third year leading marketing initiatives for #MoonshotbyTechCabal and this year my goal, amongst many others was to achieve truly pan-african attendance/reach while engineering as many

It's easier to innovate when you're the original of something. People copying you can only copy a snapshot of your current state. They don't know which aspects of the snapshot are essential and which are random things you'd been about to change anyway.

Question Everything: • Don’t accept things at face value. • Ask: “Why is this true?” • Dig deeper than the surface. → *Blind belief is borrowed ignorance.

If Quiet competence is a person, that would be Olanrewaju. One of the most incredibly smart and organizational minds I’ve ever worked with. Congratulations on pulling this off with your team 🙌🏽
Took a break from sharing my thoughts every week here. But it was all worth it. @moonshotbytc was a blast & I'm thankful I got to do it with a team of super stars. My team @TechCabal Insights was responsible for programming & glad everyone enjoyed the sessions. #moonshot2025

Proud of you Gee!!!
Moonshot 2025 = bigger branding space at the venue, more assets (screen, print, OOH, promo), same fire. From Figma automations to late-night print checks, we pushed harder than ever. Still fighting with printers though 😅 Growth looks like this. Proud of my team🫶🏾 #moonshot2025

Moonshot 2025 our 3rd edition. Whew. 🥵 From designing logos for 3 possible names in 2023 to watching it grow into this scale… it’s surreal. What started as an idea has become a movement. Still feels like only the beginning. @moonshotbytc #moonshot2025 #MoonshotbyTechCabal
I can’t wait for us to hit 10,000 attendees at #MoonshotbyTechCabal Very soon😎

3. Conscious competence; you’ve learnt it but you have to always pay attention to the details to get it right. 4. Unconscious competence; you’ve mastered the skill and it’s now second nature. Much like riding a bicycle or speed sketching

To break this down 1. Unconscious incompetence; you’re wrong and you don’t know, lots of Nigerian artisans are in this bucket 2. Conscious incompetence; you are aware of your skill gaps but may not understand why they are important to learn. 🧵
@thee_ymd Unconscious competence is the final stage of learning, where a skill becomes second nature and can be performed automatically and effortlessly without conscious thought.
