Great @hubermanlab podcast on kratom. Lots of balanced info here. I'll say I'm skeptical that the "stimulant at low doses" claim is anything special about kratom. As a behavioral pharmacologist I've studied many drugs in humans. Virtually any "sedative" has reported stimulant.
