Looking forward and not back, but really questioning how this kid didn’t get a shot at Alabama.
The 16th round selection is RHP Jonathan Stevens (Alabama) . Stevens did not appear in a game for Alabama during his time, but has had 2 successful wood bat summer league seasons working as a reliever. He works with a mid 90s fastball

Riley Quick busted his ass to give it his all for @AlabamaBSB this year and he was only a year off major elbow surgery. He will be even better going forward when the command is better as the surgery is more in the past.
