We found St. George's Respiratory Questionnaire score ≥12 +/- PEF<400 (men) and <250 (women) had 91% sensitivity, 47% specificity, & NPPV 98% diagnosing COPD. Screening with SGRQ+PEF may identify those at risk for COPD in resource-limited settings when spirometry isn't available
The Blue Journal thanks Nicole Robertson, MD, MPH, for her contribution to the May issue Population-Based Screening for COPD Using the St. George’s Respiratory Questionnaire in Resource-Limited Settings 🔓 Open Access @Dr_Robertson_MD

In our new #Lupus article we review literature and report the first case of treatment of discoid lupus with lenalidomide and anifrolumab with robust improvement. A combinational approach has great potential in discoid lupus➡️ https://t.co/gfHFKmlhGq

Our new @jacionline review of interventions to improve indoor air quality (IAQ). Policy and source control interventions are likely most effective to improve IAQ. Combined multilevel interventions led to improved respiratory outcomes in some studies. https://t.co/k3UpHiNQ7a
