Combination intrapleural fibrinolytic and enzyme therapy use in pleural infection confers a low overall bleeding risk (4.1%). Pleural bleeding was associated with anticoagulation but can be mitigated by withholding anticoagulation before therapy. https://t.co/yHgxp8QqK8
